- Which ID do you accept?
- Please be prepared to prove your age at any time with valid ID; Passport, Driving License or Photo Card with the PASS hologram. All ID must be in date and belong to you.
- I can no longer attend an event, can I get a refund?
- All tickets are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due to intoxication.
- I’m under 18, can I visit your venue?
- No, our venue is strictly over 18s only.
- Is there a dress code?
- We operate a casual dress code, so jeans and trainers are allowed.
- I’ve lost an item, how can I check lost property?
- For all Lost Property enquiries, please email info@authenticbierkeller.co.uk with as much detail as possible.
